Dears, please read the followings:

1. Meeting for Unitech – KSA to be held on the 12th & 13th of November,2008.

2. Place: Al Safir Metropolitan Beirut

3. Meetings to start on the 12th of Nov. at 9:00 AM and ends at 16:30 PM.
    And on the 13th at 9:30 AM and end at 16:30PM.

4. Travel distance from airport to hotel around 15 to 30 minutes depending on Traffic.

5. Taxi fare around 20,000 to 25,000 Lebanese pounds (US $14 = 40 to 50 SAR).You will take a taxi at the  main entrance of the airport and tell the driver to take you to: Al Safir Hotel, Rawcheh.

6. Get please one winter jacket or pullover with you to be used when dining on the 13th of Nov. in the mountain.

7. Dress Code for the meetings: Formal / suite with necktie.

8. Please try to be at 8:45AM on the 12th of November in the meetings’ hall for registration.

Here under are some of the points which are going to be discussed and elaborated:

a. Aluminium Cable Management System: where did we reach with manufacturing of Aluminium Cable Management ? 

b. Updating all the catalogues. Master catalogues for Uni Metal, Unipro, UPF & Beta Contech.

c. Updating Company pre-qualification file.

d. Updating the project lists in a time period.

e. Stud & Runner and Esscofoam, sales analysis and evaluation.

f. Assign some person(s) to get rid of the non-moving items of SFSP products in the warehouses.

g. Do we need actually expansion of factories in terms of Machines or HR ?

h. Is Beta Contech enough to be limited with sales or do we need a contracting company to handle the projects.

i. How can we resolve the problems of Beta Contech ?

j. Operational transactions between SFSP & Uni Metal and CPU & Unitech.

k. Shall we increase our market share with new products ?

l. Are we very professional, professional or non-professional ?

m. Upgrading Support staff.

n. Is there any performance evaluation feedback ?

o. How to do business in the areas where we do not have offices and warehouses.

p. When do we think we are fully available with main stream businesses (eg. Sceco, Saudi Aramco, Sabic & Ministries) ?

q. Our suppliers in America and Europe have started manufacturing products in China and the difference in quality is obvious.

r. When can we have a sales strategy ?

s. If we have a sales strategy, where is the management process ?

t. Are we ready for a matrix management or still not ?

u. Lead time.

v. The allowable stock variation according to the price increase.

w. Effects of Global Economic Problem in our business and how can we overcome it ?

 If you think there are other additional important points which we shall  touch  during the open discussion forum; please prepare them and hand the points on a piece of paper on the morning of the 12th of November at the entrance  of the meetings’ hall.
